CO催化(hua)(hua)燃燒裝置凈化(hua)(hua)方式(shi)頗多,如直(zhi)接燃燒,催化(hua)(hua)燃燒,但其對于低濃(nong)度(du)(du),大(da)風量(liang)的廢氣很難燃燒,在間歇(xie)作(zuo)業中余(yu)熱不能充分(fen)利用,對低濃(nong)度(du)(du)、大(da)風量(liang)或(huo)間歇(xie)作(zuo)業產生的廢氣采用活性炭吸附(fu)法有(you)其優點(dian),HXF型廢氣凈化(hua)(hua)裝置應用活性炭吸附(fu)原(yuan)理,和(he)吸附(fu)同類產品(pin)特點(dian)改(gai)進(jin)設計。本(ben)(ben)裝置處理風量(liang)較大(da)、采用氣動閥(fa)門,操作(zuo)管理簡單(dan)。催化(hua)(hua)燃燒器(qi)(qi)的工作(zuo)原(yuan)理是:借助催化(hua)(hua)劑使廢氣在較低的起(qi)燃溫度(du)(du)下(xia)進(jin)行無焰(yan)燃燒,使廢氣分(fen)解為二(er)氧化(hua)(hua)碳(tan)和(he)水蒸汽。催化(hua)(hua)燃燒器(qi)(qi)電(dian)控制(zhi)系統由PLC控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)、文本(ben)(ben)顯示(shi)器(qi)(qi)、變頻(pin)調速器(qi)(qi)、點(dian)火器(qi)(qi)、紫外線(xian)傳感器(qi)(qi)、熱電(dian)偶(ou)等電(dian)控設備以(yi)及風機,另外由零(ling)壓(ya)閥(fa)調節燃氣與空氣的比例(li)。
催化燃(ran)(ran)燒器(qi)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)由PLC控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)、文(wen)本顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)、變頻調速(su)器(qi)、點(dian)火(huo)(huo)器(qi)、紫外(wai)線傳感(gan)器(qi)、熱電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)等電(dian)(dian)控(kong)設備以及風機(ji),另外(wai)由零壓閥(fa)調節燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)與(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)的(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)例(li)。催化燃(ran)(ran)燒電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)過(guo)(guo)程分為(wei)(wei)三個(ge)狀(zhuang)態:燃(ran)(ran)燒器(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀(zhuang)態、停止狀(zhuang)態及參數(shu)(shu)(shu)設定(ding)狀(zhuang)態。在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀(zhuang)態中又分為(wei)(wei)點(dian)火(huo)(huo)過(guo)(guo)程和(he)(he)燃(ran)(ran)燒過(guo)(guo)程。由安(an)裝的(de)(de)熱電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)檢測(ce)(ce)出溫(wen)度(du)(du),送文(wen)本顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)。PLC具有(you)模擬量(liang)輸(shu)(shu)入、輸(shu)(shu)出模塊,檢測(ce)(ce)火(huo)(huo)焰燃(ran)(ran)燒信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)和(he)(he)熱電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)溫(wen)度(du)(du)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao),將檢測(ce)(ce)到的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)與(yu)設定(ding)的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)經過(guo)(guo)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)運算(suan)后,通過(guo)(guo)0~10 V電(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變頻器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)出頻率(lv)來調整風機(ji)的(de)(de)轉速(su),保(bao)持燃(ran)(ran)燒器(qi)的(de)(de)燃(ran)(ran)燒溫(wen)度(du)(du),這(zhe)就是(shi)構成以設定(ding)溫(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)基準的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong);自動檢測(ce)(ce)燃(ran)(ran)燒器(qi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)與(yu)設定(ding)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)(jiao),輸(shu)(shu)出各(ge)類(lei)報警(jing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)或直接停機(ji)。顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)可以顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)流量(liang)、燃(ran)(ran)燒溫(wen)度(du)(du)和(he)(he)變頻器(qi)輸(shu)(shu)出頻率(lv)。設定(ding)參數(shu)(shu)(shu)和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀(zhuang)態等信(xin)(xin)(xin)息;可以通過(guo)(guo)顯示(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)在線調整運行(xing)(xing)溫(wen)度(du)(du)參數(shu)(shu)(shu),修改設定(ding)溫(wen)度(du)(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)風機(ji)的(de)(de)運行(xing)(xing)。該(gai)系統(tong)還設有(you)多種保(bao)護功(gong)能(neng)(neng),尤其是(shi)較(jiao)(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)(de)邏輯互鎖功(gong)能(neng)(neng),從而系統(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),并(bing)且具有(you)較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)完善的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)。
可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)物(wu)在(zai)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑作用下(xia)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)。與(yu)直接燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)相比,催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)溫度較低,燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)比較。催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)所用的(de)(de)(de)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑為(wei)(wei)具有(you)大比表(biao)面的(de)(de)(de)貴金(jin)屬(shu)和(he)金(jin)屬(shu)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物(wu)多組(zu)分(fen)物(wu)質(zhi)。例如家用負載(zai)Pd或(huo)稀土化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合(he)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)氣(qi)灶,可(ke)減少尾氣(qi)中(zhong)CO含量(liang),提(ti)高(gao)熱效率。負載(zai)0.2%pt的(de)(de)(de)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑,在(zai)500℃下(xia),可(ke)將大多數化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合(he)物(wu)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao),脫(tuo)臭凈化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)到化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學位移σ=1以(yi)下(xia)。催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)為(wei)(wei)無焰燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao),因此適(shi)用于(yu)要求高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)場(chang)合(he),如以(yi)H2和(he)O2為(wei)(wei)原(yuan)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)電池(chi)、用汽油或(huo)酒精為(wei)(wei)原(yuan)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)懷(huai)爐(催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑為(wei)(wei)浸(jin)Pt石棉)等。如化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工廠NOx的(de)(de)(de)煙(yan)霧,可(ke)加燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)到煙(yan)霧中(zhong),通過負載(zai)型鉑(bo)和(he)鈀(ba)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑,催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)使NOx轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)(wei)N2氣(qi)。采用適(shi)當的(de)(de)(de)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑,使用氣(qi)體中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)物(wu)質(zhi)在(zai)較低的(de)(de)(de)溫度下(xia)分(fen)解、氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)方法。
